Teddy hit the 30 second mark on sitting by himself today. We have been working hard on this since it is his favorite position and I'm excited that he won't be crying on the floor anymore. And that I'll be able to leave him for a few seconds and he'll enjoy it as much as me.

House Updates
So far we haven't done too much to our house. We are learning through experience that it is expensive to buy a house. While we haven't done anything inside yet, and probably won't for a while, we have been working on the outside.
The first thing has been the roof. Here are some before and after pictures of the roof. It was the original roof, so around 30 years old and 10 years overdue for a new one. Luckily since it was the original, we just had to do a new layer instead of stripping off the old one first.
The new roof
We still have to get new gutters.
Before pictures, but it is from a different view. First one shows how the trees originally were.
This shows how the front yard looked when we moved in.
This changed some more yesterday, but it still isn't finished so no after picture for this little area.
Again, the picture that the sellers put up of the house.
Now the view from our window. Can you tell a difference?
In the front yard we have been working hard. That tree on the right has been clipped a ton. Eric did a great job. And since he has been working on the trees, I've been keeping the lawn mown. And the neighbor yesterday helped us to edge the yard so that it now looks awesome. Here are some of Teddy Ted. He is actually quite the serious baby. You can only get a few smiles out of him before he goes into serious (let's do something else) mode. He can almost sit up on his own for more than a few seconds, but isn't quite there yet.
And this was an attempt to try to catch Oliver finishing off the donuts, but he was too quick. Chrissy, Oliver still loves his hat.

Hot Couple
Eric's best friend got married yesterday and we got a nice picture of the two of us at the Salt Lake Temple in front of the shire trees.

Payson Temple Open House
We made it to the Payson Temple open house. The temple is BEAUTIFUL! I think it may be one of my favorites. It was very different inside from other temples. A marbled green marble all over and fun winter colors and cool shapes on the fabrics of the couch. Oliver loved the chandelier in the celestial room the best. And the baptistry. It was like a swimming pool and he wanted to go in so badly. And the fountains outside. These are the pictures that we took together. Also I threw in a picture from when Eric and I went to the Ogden Temple open house the day that we came back to Utah (Oliver was asleep after the long drive). Maybe I looked a little different then. I was only 30 weeks pregnant.
