yard fun

On Saturday I recruited mom and Kim to help me with some yard work.  the whole time mom kept saying that I needed to go lay down.  She didn't understand when I told her that I hadn't done anything for the entire week and I needed to move.  So I did the super hard task of blowing the concrete.  Poor Kim and mom did such a good job sawing green wood from the branch we just cut off.  And since the tree had so much pollen,  dad got the job of holding the baby.

We have been so lucky to have Kim here.  She has been such an amazing help with the boys.  Every new mom deserves help like this!

New cars all around!

 So maybe baby decided to wait because she knew that we only had one car.  Well, yesterday we got this 2005 Honda Odyssey for us,  complete with a DVD player.  The boys are in love. Then today,  Kim got this 2007 Toyota Prius (my dream car - and I may have influenced her in which car to get). The boys are having so much fun playing in the cars. Probably 5 hours of play time so far.

We are getting close to having a new baby.  Just crossing my fingers that it is after this weekend so that I can go in my date with Eric tonight and to our neighbors for dinner tomorrow night.
