Decided to fix up the bathroom and finally finished it all. Here are the updates and a pic of my new colorful hair. It cost me about $50. Paint and brackets were all I had to buy. Wood for the mirror frame I found in the clearance section and the shelves and towel each was leftover pallet wood that I'd kept for a future project.
Also, I posted pictures of the original and previous decoration.
