He's now 2!

Oliver had a really great birthday. He has been waiting for this day for months, practicing blowing out matches and singing happy birthday to himself and everyone else that he sees. We started the morning off with a hit, a train set and table! He was in love and that is all that he wanted to do that entire day. But since we had no food in the house I had to drag him away to go grocery shopping. Of course that included a stop at his favorite store, the Dollar Tree, where he got a balloon, play dough, three little balls, a monster truck (tiny sized), and a hot wheels truck.

In the evening we went over to G'ma and G'pa Rigby's house. The hit present there was definitely the movie "The Iron Giant" from Feliz. He just walked around the whole night saying the Iron Giant and that night when he went to bed said goodnight to the Iron Giant. In the morning, the first thing he would do was watch the movie. He also got a lot of trains, some clothes, finger puppets, a piggy bank, and some other random things.

I made him a not so fancy, but tasty and easy to eat cupcake cake that he really loved. We also had delicious ice cream cones.

And our friends Isaac, Erica, and Maisy came to celebrate with us too.

Overall, Oliver had a happy birthday.
